What I love most about Brytta’s class is her intention which supports her teaching. She teaches beyond asana. She incorporates the ancient legends, philosophies, and lessons of the practice in her flows to bring the student on a journey. During her class, I reach a point where everything makes sense, in my body, mind, and spirit. Plus, not for nothing, my body did enjoy a good sweat! Thank you, Brytta, for your warmth and guidance.
