Here’s how we actually sold out my clients event:
We built her a simple website with a checkout system and a book a call option
We launched her retreat 7 months in advance
She sent a weekly email that shared her work, her energy, and gently invited people into the retreat
We hosted monthly Zoom info sessions
And we raised her prices 3 times with clear deadlines
The retreat sold out and was overbooked

While she was still hosting the retreat, while her clients were still in that feeling of transformation, we offered them her next retreat
I created a hidden page just for them with a special early bird rate
They had 3 days to book before it closed
